Le Tranchoir Culinary Workshop 4.03

Le Tranchoir Culinary Workshop has been opened in March 2011 by Di & Cooke which offers a comprehensive and comfortable environment for our trainees' professional development. Our workshop consists of a Dining Area and an Open Kitchen which is best for trainings such as dining etiquette and culinary improvement.

Our training workshop is ideal for all training purpose. Fully equipped with electronic cooking station, the workshop can be hired for cooking classes, cocktail and dinner parties. Facilities of the workshop include:
