Q: What is the origin of K622?

K622 is the work no. of the Clarinet Concerto composed by W.A. Mozart. He completed the music in October 1791, shortly before his death, for the clarinetist Anton Stadler.
The Concerto consists of the usual three movements:
I. Allegro
II. Adagio
III. Rondo: Allegro

The sound of the concerto is warm, beautiful and tender. Just like Hermann Abert writes (W.A. Mozart, ed. Cliff Eisen, trans. Stewart Spencer, Yale University Press, 2007, p. 1227), “[t]here is no expressive area of the clarinet that he did not exploit in the most consummate way, from tender, burgeoning cantinelas to the supplest agility, and there is an almost palpable sense of the inner warmth with which he explored the instruments' magical sonorities,”
