Jimmy's Sate Sauce is a delicious aromatic blend of peanuts, oriental herbs and spices. It has a wonderful aroma and is the product of an authentic Malaysian recipe. Satay sauce can be used as a dipping sauce and also in marinades and stir-fries to flavour various foodstuffs such as meat, vegetables, seafood and noodles.

When used in cooking, Jimmy's Sate Sauce should only be added near the end, when the food is almost ready. Do not overheat this satay sauce in oil.
