Set in a plush, color rich environment to stimulate and emphasizes the food presentation and service, this fine but casual, fun dining atmosphere takes guest on an unsurpassed experience, combining intimacy with playful antics.

The design of the Glasshouse takes its inspiration from potting sheds in old country houses; a room filled with wheel barrows, rakes, terracotta pots etc. The material pallet is natural and rustic, consisting mainly of granite, steel and pine, and has been antiqued to give lived in quality. Using topiary shrubs, set in Versailles pots, camellia, salvia, jasmine, boxwood, the restaurant is set in a country house garden décor.

The à la carte menu is composed of finger foods, salads and other light mains constructed for a premium, colorful and relaxed dining experience for sharing amongst friends and family. All offerings remain true to the philosophy of incorporating local, regional and international modern flavor palates and ingredients.

這溫室設計的靈感來自古老鄉村房屋內的種植棚，整間餐廳放滿了手推車、耙、陶盆等。裝潢主題是自然及質樸的，由花崗岩，鋼鐵和松樹組成。在室外的凡爾賽園圃，使用修剪灌木，茶花，鼠尾草，茉莉，黃楊點綴，使客人身處在一個郊外花園裝飾的餐廳。

點菜的菜單是由分享小食、沙拉和輕量主菜組成，朋友之間和家庭分享豐富多彩，輕鬆的用餐體驗構造。所有菜式結合香港本地，亞太區域和國際現代氣息口味和配料的理念。
