Our head of delicacies Monsieur Raffaele Impagnatiello, all the way from Italy, has conquered virtually everything in this area. Having obtained hotel schooling in Switzerland, Raffaelle has taken up the chef-in-charge role in some of the most exclusive venues around the world which include Gritti (Venice), Breidenbacher Hof (Germany), Excelsior (Italy) and Carlton Hotel St. Moritz (Switzerland). Raffaele’s Knowledge of fine food was awarded by Chaîne des Rôtisseurs (est. 1248) of Hong Kong (http://www.chainedesrotisseurs.com/) with an honorable title of “Master of Gastronomy” in 2010.
