百老匯電影中心是香港影迷的聚腳地，以放映非主流電影為主，是香港的另類電影文化地標。每年會放映多達400部來自超過50個國家的大小電影，也會定期策劃不同的電影節，香港亞洲電影節便是其中之一。而香港亞洲電影節則以發掘亞洲好戲、推動年輕導演創為目標，在每年的十月到十一月為觀眾蒐羅超過60部亞洲作品。

Broadway Cinematheque is the most popular venue in town for film fans to satisfy their appetites for international indies. On top of having various talks and sharings every week, it screens over 400 films from more than 50 countries, with up to 20 film festivals, retrospectives and film events a year: including the Hong Kong Asian Film Festival, one of the biggest film events in Hong Kong that happens every Oct to Nov. It functions as a window to the Asian cinema, bringing over hundreds celebrated Asian titles to the Hong Kong audience.
