It is located in the Tsim Sha Tsui, an area in the Yau Tsim Mong District of the borough of Kowloon.Completed in 1998, the total gross floor area (GFA) of the building is 123,400 sq. ft (11,464 sq. m.). The building is 356.9 feet (108.8 meters) tall. The total cost of construction was $28,846,154.There are three passenger and one cargo lifts. There is no parking, but there is a drive-through drop-off area.
