偉高模型自1976年成立，始著力於銷售高質素的遙控及模型產品，並且以優質的售後服務見稱。在短短四年內，我們由零售門市，擴展至批發業務，成為不少為人熟悉的遙控模型品牌代理商。我們由1980年開始，陸續引入FUTABA、SANWA、O.S. ENGINES、YOKOMO、HIROBO等多個世界著名遙控模型品牌，為中國及香港地區客戶提供更多優質選擇。我們不斷進步發展，於1994年取得日本TAMIYA的官方代理權，使整個搖控及靜態模型系列得以在香港作更全面的銷售。

由於高質素模型升級件的需求不斷上升，我們於1988年開始自行生產鋁製配件，成為香港第一個擁有製造高精確度鋁製配件CNC加工中心的製造商。時至今日，我們已成為香港以至東南亞最主要的遙控模型分銷商之一。

Waigo Hobby first opened its door to model enthusiasts in Hong Kong in 1976. From the beginning, we were already focused on selling top quality R/C models and providing excellent after sales services to our customers. In just four years, our business has grown from retail to wholesale and distribution for many major R/C brand names. Starting form 1980, we were the official distributor of Futaba, Sanwa, O.S. Engines, Yokomo, Hirobo, and other popular brands for Hong Kong and China.

As the demand for quality model upgrade parts increased, we have also expanded into aluminum parts manufacturing in 1988. We were one of the first manufacturers in Hong Kong to employ CNC machine centers for making high precision aluminum option parts.

In 1994, we have further improved our product line by becoming Tamiya's official agent and adding their full range of R/C and static models. Today, Waigo Hobby has become one of the leading distributors for R/C products in South East Asia.
