藝民集 2.51

這是一場運動。不是要反抗甚麼，而要將藝術這東西擴散開去。藝術(Art)總像跟普羅人民(People)有一段很遠的距離，而藝民集的出現就是要提供一個平台，讓一般人民(我們稱之為蟻民)能有機會成為一群有藝術力的人民。
我們希望將Art與People螎合，成為Arteople，將來只要是玩Art的人都會稱為Arteople。藝術創作將不再只是藝術家的專利，而是屬於每一個藝民Arteople！
我們期望透過鼓勵自由張貼個人作品，與其他藝民彼此觀摩與交流，使藝民各自提昇其藝術修養；也藉定期舉辦展覽，讓更多人認識每一位藝民，從而把藝術向大眾推廣。

This is a movement, we are not going to repel anything but to spread the Art out! It always think that art is far far away from normal people, it only a business of those called artists. Arteople is just a platform to let normal people to obtain their own power of art. We believe everyone holds his/her internal art power unless there is a chance for he/she to express.
We hope art could be merged with people, this is what Arteople dreaming. In the future, we hope those people who play art will be called Arteople. Doing art will not only a business of artists, but also Arteople!
We would like to enhance every arteople's art taste through encouraging posting personal works freely, and by inter-communication between arteople. And to hold regular exhibitions to let each of our arteople to display their works unto the public, such that more opportunities to be known; and to popularize the art.
