Apart from the main entrance, the Villa can be accessed through an automatic wide gate with plenty of parking spaces. From the parking area, the house can be easily accessed (just one step) for all types of guests.

The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden of 200 sqm which comprises of beautiful Mediterranean trees and plants, such as the Rhodian sycamore , bougainvillea , Ibiscus , roses , orange trees , tangerine tress , lemon trees , fig and loquat tress , pines , cypress and many others, which in combination with the pool, the small children’s pool, the playground, the kiosk and the wooden dining deck, will make you feel that you are on an earthly ”Small Paradise”.
