We are pleased to welcome you to the city of Preveza and Villa Ria that we tastefully designed and furnished for a memorable and comfortable stay.
Villa Ria is decorated with high aesthetic Italian design furniture in shades of white and gold, inspired by balance and simplicity of minimalism.
Our villa consists of a ground floor and an additional two floors which can comfortably accommodate 4-8 people.
Ground floor
The ground floor is dominated by an all-white dining room with post- modern decoration, sofa and fireplace. From the large balconies, you have access to a private playground, perfectly safe for young children as it has turf. The ground floor also features a W.C


First Floor
The first floor consists of three bedrooms, of which two have two semi-double and the third a single bed. Each room of the first floor has its own large balcony. The rooms are designed and furnished with an ideal youthful decoration. The first floor has its own large bathroom with bath tub.
Second Floor
The second floor is dominated by a large bedroom with king size bed, high aesthetic decoration, ideal for two people, three balconies. The second floor is laid out as loft style and has an ensuitebathroom and refrigerator.
