The villa has 5 spacious bedrooms, kitchen, a very big living room, office room ( where someone can comfortably complete his business responsibilities), 3 fireplaces, 4 bathrooms, BBQ with a small kitchen and a W.C., whirlpool tub, WIFI, air condition, piano, car parking, floor heating, satellite TV, wash-machine, dryer, dishwasher, towels, hair dryer, hangers, spacious wardrobes, iron, bed sheets, swimming pool (the swimming pool is cleaned by using new ecological technologies and no chemicals), shampoos. The villa is designed to create a beautiful family and guest friendly environment. Generally the house is very luxuriant equipped.
Events, Parties are allowed to be organized in the villa upon agreement with the owner .
Pets are allowed.

Regional, historical description:
On the ancient Greek time period, on this specific region, there has been observed a high cultural and economical growth. The ancient port of Anthidona was named in many ancient texts. This finding is a clear proof of the high economical, trading activities that were made there on the ancient years. The remaining of the port can be seen from the villa. There are also mythological texts that are naming the king of the region ( region of Anthidona), king Glafkos. Lastly, according to the myth, the navy fleet of the region has been taking part on the Greek war against Troy.
On the south, 500 meters away from the villa is located the Loukisia village, where you can find a small super market, bakery, greengrocers, fresh meat mini market and traditional Greek restaurants.
On the west, 1 km away, there also located traditional Greek restaurants and cafes with sea view.
On the east, 5 km away, is located the region of Alykes. The region has an organized beach with restaurants, beach bars, sea activities- sports. A bit further is located also the city of Chalkida. It was one of the most known cities of the ancient years. There someone can observe a unique world phenomenon, which is named the Phenomenon of Evripos. The sea water is moving for 6 hours north , for 6 hours south, and for 1 hour hours they stay stable. It is said that this phenomenon is created by the position of the moon. But still sometimes the sea water is not moving exactly on those numbers. The region was named like this because of Evripos. He jumped into the sea water and committed suicide because, according to the ancient sources, he couldn't explain the phenomenon.
Chalkida is a very organized city, where many services and restaurants, cafes, night clubs, hospital, doctors, shopping areas etc., are available. There is also located an archaeological museum. Not very far from Chalkida is also located the region of Avlida, where the Greek navy fleet started its trip for the was in Troy. On the region is also the remain of the archaeological temple of Artemis, where king Agamemnon, sacrificed his daughter Iphigenia, with purposed of a safe trip, winds on the trip to Troy. This fact was the reason of the ancient theatrical tragedy Iphigenia in Avlidi, written by Euripides. The tragedy was played for the first time in the ancient theater of the region.
On the south of Chalkida, there is located the city of Eretria. A medium city which exists also since the ancient years. There is also an archaeological museum, ancient theater, and restaurants, cafe next to the sea.
On the north, 1 hour drive away, there is famous church of Saint Ioannis the Russian. It is located on the village of Prokopi. People from all over the world are visiting this church.
On the north, 2 hours drive away, there is the beautiful city of Aidipsos with natural spas.
The city of Athens in 1,5 hours drive away, where you can visit the Acropolis, one of the 7 ancient miracles of the world. Next to Acropolis is also located a beautiful, new museum, which is recommended to be visited.
On the same driving time as above, near the airport of Eleftherios Venizelos you can visit the beautiful region of Sounio. The region has beautiful restaurant and cafes next to the sea ad there is also located the famous temple of God Poseidon. The view of the sun set from the temple is amazing. Near the region of Sounio is the horse riding club of Kalivia Saint George, where you can enjoy a horse riding class with the professional trainer. After that nearby you could visit the famous Greek traditional restaurant Trigono. Trigono is named since many years as the best Greek traditional restaurant on the whole Greece. It is strongly recommended to visit this restaurant and enjoy the amazing quality of the traditional Greek menu. For the horse riding class and this restaurant reservations must be made in advance. We would be more than happy to assist you.
Also, you could made a day trip at the region of Delphi. The most famous oracle of the ancient years is located there. The archaeological sights is an amazing place to visit.
