Villa Katerina is well set up for a family stay and can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people, giving you the chance to travel with your whole family or friends, ideal for big groups that want to share an unforgettable holiday experience!

This family villa has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, which are arranged over two floors and it’s located just outside Rethymno on the north coast of Crete, within walking distance from a pebble, as well as a sandy beach, a traditional regional taverna, a diving school and a bar, making your days

Exterior
Villa Katerina stands within well-tended, vast gardens of five acres with lawn-covered areas, trees and flowers that give you a close to nature feeling, also providing panoramic views of the beautiful bay of Georgioupolis. The Villa secures your total privacy and the grounds boast a short 30 meters path leading through a small gate, to an almost private pebble beach, where the sea is almost touching the edge of the property’s small wall and you can smell the scents of seaweed and saltiness. If you prefer swimming in fresh water, take a refreshing dip in the 50 m2 and 1.80 m deep private swimming pool or unwind in sun-drenched pool terrace equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and outdoor shower. To make things even better a dining area next to the pool, a shaded, round outdoor sitting area and the BBQ facilities with a dining area for the whole family under a pergola, give you so many options of ways to relax and do whatever you like most! There’s also much to do for our younger guests too, as books and DVDs, board games (cards, chess, backgammon), outdoor kids toys and a Playstation are also available. Fishing gear can also be provided upon request!

Interior
Villa Katerina was recently renovated and decorated with great care and attention to details! The wooden floors, carefully selected fabrics and textiles, rustic looking furniture and fine homeware, were tastefully combined to create a unique ambience and romantic atmosphere with luxury touches and all contemporary amenities.

Ground Floor
Following a stone paved path through the gardens, you will reach the three 50m2 suites, located on the ground floor of Villa Katerina. Each one has its own private entrance and veranda with patio furniture, offering direct access to the pool terrace and garden area, where you could have your breakfast and let the cool summer breeze take all your worries away! Each suite is able to accommodate up to three guests featuring a double bedroom and a living room area with an extra single bed an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and a kitchenette.

First Floor
A few stairs from the front stone-paved terrace leads to the first floor of Villa Katerina, which covers 165 m2 and boasts a beautiful open-plan space. As you enter, you’ll find yourselves in a beautiful hallway with two wonderful sitting areas with amazing views to the lush gardens. A few steps inside, guests can relax at the comfortable living room with a big flat screen TV and an open fireplace. Also, there’s an airy and sunny dining area with large glass windows on both sides and a lovely desk area, next to the fully equipped kitchen with a smaller dining table. Additionally, four of the bedrooms, two double and two single ones, are also located on this floor, all of which have windows enjoying either sea or garden views. Finally, a shared family bathroom with a bathtub and a spacious shower cabin, as well as a WC, can also be found on this level. Doors opening from the dining area offer access to a big balcony with stunning sea views and an additional dining area.
