Villa Evridiki is located at the settlement of Kyra Chrysikou, on a hillside with a stunning and wide view to the marine region that extends from the small islands of Vido and Lazaretto, the marina of Gouvia, Kommeno and Dassia, to the northern part of Corfu.
The 2,500 sqm amphitheatric land is planted with olive, lemon, orange and other fruit trees that compose perfectly the scene of a specially designed space, decorated with grass and ornamental plants, which shall have a swimming pool, a lounge, a barbeque and other activity corners, aiming to offer you unique moments of relaxation and enjoyment of the view.

The villa is located in the centre of the island, just 6 km from Corfu town and port and 10 km from Ioannis Kapodistrias International Airport. The villa is easily accessible by car, which we can offer you during your stay upon your demand.
The location of the villa also serves your excursions to the most famous sightseeings of the island and the wonderful beaches, as well as your evening and night tours and outings.

The 300 sqm newly built house consists of three levels which are connected by an internal staircase and has 4 double bedrooms with a/c that accommodate 8 people. The rooms, nicely furnished and decorated, meet all the modern needs and the aesthetic requirements.
The central level consists of a large bedroom with a private bathroom and a secluded terrace. The central level also has a main cozy sitting room, a dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, a shared WC and a large covered balcony with a stunning view.
The upper level consists of two more bedrooms with a bathroom, a terrace with pergola and a large balcony with panoramic view to the garden and the sea.
The ground level consists of the fourth bedroom with a bathroom and a small terrace that overlooks the swimming pool, two sitting rooms, one inside and one outside in the garden, a secondary kitchen that meets the needs of the pool and the garden for the facility of the daily traffic and a shared WC.


Villa’s facilities: swimming pool, barbeque, satellite TV and DVD, sound system, wifi internet, washer and dishwasher, freezer, coffeemaker, hairdryer, free a/c in bedrooms, safe, alarm, playpen, cleanliness and change of bedclothes and linen twice a week, parking, car upon demand.
