Villa Domas is a truly amazing villa, located in Loutra, a beautiful area, just 11 Kms from Rethymnon city and within walking distance from a traditional cafe and a bakery! This great villa can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests, while it’s design is perfect for hosting big families and groups of friends. Villa Domas is modernly decorated Villa, with spacious, airy and sunny rooms, as they all have windows and offer access to a veranda or a balcony, all enjoying amazing and panoramic views to the surrounding area!

Exterior
The biggest asset of Villa Domas is it's magnificent outdoor area, featuring a 30 m2 and 1.20-1.40 deep private swimming pool, a large sunbathing, stone paved terrace equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and a shower, it's it's wonderful BBQ and outside dining area, all of which enjoy a panoramic view to the largest olive grove in the Mediterranean and the stunning blue Cretan sea. Gaze upon the sky, olive trees and the sea and you can at once get the essence of Crete and Greece…these are the basic elements that this place consists of. The view is so overwhelming that you'll just want to stay at the terrace and look at it all day -and night- long! It' s the perfect place to relax, free your mind, enjoy the smooth summer breeze passing through your hair, take a refreshing dip and let the sun dry the pool water of your skin. The BBQ facilities offer you the possibility for al fresco dining and sharing some quality family moments, enjoying a traditional home made Cretan meal! Also, there’s a lot of space, covered with gravel where kids can play! Also the flower beds, olive and ornamental trees all around the terrace add a lovely touch! Additionally, extra virgin olive oil produced by the owner’s olive trees is offered to all guests and in August, they may also have the chance to taste the grapes from the villa’s vineyard!

Interior
The 170 m2 Villa consists of two floors, each one a fully equipped, independent home, offering privacy to its guests when desired! All rooms are discreetly and tastefully decorated, providing all modern amenities and making sure that you’ll have the nice and comfortable holiday you are looking for! All areas allow the sunshine in all day, giving a summer atmosphere and are air conditioned to keep you cool at really hot days!

Ground Floor
One double and one twin bedroom with an en-suite WC can be found on the ground floor, as well as another bathroom with a bathtub, a living room area and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The living room has a big sofa that turns into a double bed and it also opens to a large veranda with patio furniture, also offering a stunning view to the blue of the sky, sea and horizon.

First Floor
Going up the interior staircase of the villa and reaching the first floor, guests can find two more bedrooms, also one double and one twin, an extra bathroom with a bathtub, a living area and a beautiful kitchen with blue coloured wooden cabinets. The first floor has an even larger veranda! Have your breakfast here and breathe the fresh country air every morning, making plans and organising your day!
