Villa Alba Chiara is a beautiful 250 m2 two-story villa, built according to the traditional style of the monasteries of the Holy Mountain of Athos, with a panoramic view to the sea, a 90 sq.m. swimming pool and immersed in the green, in a 15.000 m2 garden of flowers, pines, olive, lemon and orange trees. It sleeps 10 persons + up to 3 children (up to 10 yrs old).

In only 100 m walking distance from the beach, facing the sunrise from the Mount Athos, Villa Alba Chiara is located near Tripiti - the small port that brings to the island of Ammouliani. The village of Ouranoupoli (for restaurants, night life, water sports, ferries to Mount Athos and Drenia islands) is in a 7,5 km distance, Nea Roda (for shopping, night life, sports, beaches) is in a 2,5 km distance. At Tripiti, 100 m from the villa, there is public bus stop for Thessaloniki and villages near by. In the period of Summer, there are ferries every half an hour for the island of Ammouliani (15 minutes trip), with its beautiful beaches. Near the beach in front of the Villa there is a rent-a-boat for small excursions to the small islands of Drenia and Ammouliani.

The accomodation is a 110 km distant from the Macedonia Airport of Thessaloniki, the Thessaloniki Port and Railway, 45 km from the Health Center of Paleohori Arnaia and 55 km from the Regional Hospital of Poligiros.

This fall 2017 the villa is under complete rennovation and will reopen brand-new next March!

The rennovated villa consists of a new spacious living room with satellite TV and internet, a dining area for 10-12 prs, an open space fully equipped inox kitchen area, lavatory, WC, big verandas with seaview and a new BBQ outside dining area in the ground flood.

In the upper floor there are 5 rennovated bedrooms:
- 1 master bedroom with a queen size bed, a single sofa bed and an en-suite brand-new windowed bathroom with shower,
- 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and en-suite new windowed bathrooms with shower,
- 1 bedroom with double bed and new private bathroom with shower
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and new private bathroom with shower

All bedrooms have spacious wardrobes. There are mosquito nets and air-conditioners in all areas. In two of the queen size bedrooms a third fouton/sofa bed can be added for a child up to 10 yrs old.

Hot water is provided from solar and electrical heater.

Bed linen, towels, iron and iron board are provided. Linen and towels are changed every week.

In the 15.000 m2 estate there are 150 olive trees, pines, orange, mandarin, apple and lemon trees. The villa is surrounded by verandas and lawn garden with play ground area for children, while in the BBQ area there is a 12 prs dining area, a BBQ and a traditional firewood oven.

Around the 90m2 pool there is a large stone deck with sunbeds and lawn garden with palms and oleanders. The pool has a shallow area of 30 m2 for small children.

In the stone paved court there are three covered parking lots and uncovered space for up to other 4 cars.
