The Garden House is a beautiful family holiday destination located only 40 meters from the sea in the seaside town of Alykes (Nees Pagases) in the Pagasetic Gulf of mainland Greece. Surrounded by a unique garden of tangerine, lemon, orange trees and more, The Garden House offers the most promising, relaxing vacations you can find.
Excellently located, only 5 km from the city of Volos, 18 km from the all year-green Mount Pelion (which took its name from the mythical king Peleus, father of Achilles) and its beautiful traditional stone villages, only a breath away from international interest archaeological sites such as Dimini and Sesklo, an hour and a half drive from the UNESCO World Heritage site Meteora, a two hour cruise from the Sporades island complex (Skiathos, Skopelos, Alonnisos) with the ferry from the port of Volos.
An ideal location for windsurfing, daily sailing, canoe - kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, bicycling (3 bicycles are available with our compliments for your daily commuting), walking or hiking. You can also take daily cruises to Trikeri island and other attractive sea side destinations. The owner of the property and your host Stavros can provide you with all the necessary information for a unique and unforgettable travel experience.
Walking distance to a small market area with all the necessities for your stay, mini markets, bakery, butcher shop and close to fish restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, taverns and tsipouradika (small Greek traditional taverns offering local spirits such as ouzo and tsipouro).
The Garden House can host 4-6 persons, with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a kitchen, a comfortable lounge with a fireplace and an open dining area. Wi-Fi, air-condition, TV set, Hi Fi, and a barbeque spot in the garden is also available.
