Pole Fitness combines gymnastics moves, dance styles and strength holds for a full body workout. this sport allows people to start at any level and offers a new and exciting way to work out! Because Pole Fitness requires you to lift your own body weight, you use muscles in every part of your body that you may not have used before. Along with the physical changes your body will make, Pole Fitness can improve cardio respiratory endurance and flexibility, but for some, the greatest benefit from Pole Fitness is a boost to their confidence. All classes are designed for women ONLY and are for all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels. We have beginner, intermediate and advanced classes to help you grow from one level to the next.

AERIAL YOGA DANCE ARTS : Aerial yoga is a form of yoga which uses a low hanging, wide aerial sling hung like a hammock to aid traditional yoga postures by supporting your body weight. This helps to achieve these postures and deep stretches in a more relaxed way.

Using a yoga hammock can help to decompress the spine and avoid some injuries associated with practicing these stretches and positions without the aid of the fabric. This weightlessness removes compression from the spine, providing greater comfort and vastly increased freedom of movement. Poses that would otherwise be restricted become more accessible with the support of the Yoga Swing, making this a great class for all levels - Irrespective of experience.
Among many benefits, this activity boasts numerous health benefits: Increased muscular flexibility, core strengthening, upper and lower body muscular strengthening, increased joint mobility, low impact cardiovascular conditioning, realignment of the spine.

AERIAL HOOP - The aerial hoop (also known as the lyra, aerial ring or cerceau) is a circular steel apparatus rigged from the ceiling, giving you the opportunity to execute dynamic tricks, spins and swings! The hoop provides the perfect frame for an endless variety of balances, transitions and routines.
Aerial Hoop classes are great for building strength, stamina and increasing flexibility. A full class will give your whole body a good workout but when it comes to your core muscles and your upper body strength .We try to maintain a strict ratio of two people per hoop, to ensure that everyone gets sufficient hoop time.

TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING - TRX, or “Total Resistance Cross Training” is a company that is focused on total body strengthening and conditioning by using the body as a whole and in all planes of motion. Since TRX is less than 10 years old and therefore a fairly new company in the fitness world, many people have not heard what TRX training exactly is or why they should try it. TRX training is not only a fun new way to challenge your body, it is also suited for everyone! TRX has been used to train all types of individuals from professional athletes to those who are rehabilitating an injury

STRIKE A POSE is all about getting you fit and making sure you're having fun while you're doing it. Our classes are structured around individuals learning new skills and discovering talents (and muscles) you never knew you had!
With a maximum of 8 people per teacher, we go to every effort to make sure you're always getting the attention you require.

You can book classes one by one, with no sign-up fee or tie-ins. To really feel (and see) the benefits we recommend coming at least twice a week.
Classes are housed in a beautiful homely enviroment studio in Argiroupoli Athens. Our classes are great fun and overall, enable you to empower yourself and exceed your limits. JUST STRIKE A POSE !!!!
