Built 1985 & continuous improvements. 20 Rooms Pensions are small hotel buildings operating with minimum reception service, but with good, clean rooms with private bathroom. No need of the hassle of finding taxis Mykonian style building, with rooms spread out over 3 floors.

Limited reception service: No breakfast facilities, and no telephone in room.

Room Facilities: all rooms: Comfortable, clean rooms, w. private bathroom w. shower/toilet, + since 2005: individual controlled air-conditioning, mini-bar,colour television,most rooms with charming fisherman's port, ferry jetty, and sunset view. Each has balcony or terrace with chairs & small table.NEW for 2006: Safe boxes in all rooms.
Economic well-kept rooms; basic services, good location but for people who do not mind uphill steps.
