It all start in 1989 when Stefany with her passion for cooking and the help of her lovey husband Thomas, opened a traditional greek restaurant after raning a gyros place which had a great succes. it was not only a business for them it was like a new born baby. This was making the diference from the other tavernas. We are now in 2013 and after all these years of incredible success they are stiill the same joyfull people. The passion and the love that they put in runing the restaurant its now multiply by their son which is on his mother steps. He finish in 2012 the great University Le monde in cooking field and he is ready to be the next chef. Him and his mother, now work shoulder to shoulder. Her love for cooking and the new style that her sons brings makes the perfect team to ensure that you will have the most delicious and wonderful meal.

The team that Thomas created for managing the restaurant is very well trained and ready to ensure you a very pleasant time. He teach them that everyone is equal and that makes them loving the place and working with passion and their hearts.
The fame that the restaurant gained in all these years it spreds now all over the world. We are happy to now that the customers that we had in our first days they are still very excited to came back every year.
