We the Sotirales are locals, born and raised in Vatika valey of Lakonia-Greece. We are direct descendants of farmers following thus the long held tradition passed on from generation to generation, to truly care for the fields and our land.

20 years ago, driven by health & ecological concerns we embarked in the Organic cultivation of Olive trees and in the production of Honey & Mead by use of traditional Artisan methods only.
