Terms & Conditions:
* Minimum stay: 1 week in High and Peak season (unless agreed otherwise)
* 30% booking deposit due on reservation; balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
* Cancellation Policy: 8 weeks or more before arrival = 30 % (non-refundable deposit); less than 8 weeks before arrival = 100 %(deposit & balance)
* Security deposit: 2000 Euro security deposit is to be given directly to the owner upon arrival either in cash or by travelers cheques. The owner will deal directly with the client for any damage claims and if none present, return the deposit paid.
