Motivation and education from our qualified personal trainer and nutritional advisor will help you make a change.

Local group circuit sessions - Indoor group circuit sessions for all ages and abilities. An hour long session of varied and challenging exercises that will push you to your individual limits. Training as a team will make the sessions enjoyable and you will meet some other great, like-minded people along the way. *Places must be pre-booked.

Vivobarefoot Running Technique Instructor - Learn how to run as nature intended. Harness the power of barefoot running to increase endurance and lower the risk of common running injuries.

Nutritional Advisor - Training is only part of the equation. Let us advise you on the nutritional changes needed to reach your goals. This is part of the personal training programme but can also be as a one-off consultation.

Running Club - Anyone can enjoy these varied sessions out in the open air. No matter what your ability you can join the team for a challenging but enjoyable run with like-minded people.
