The house was built in the early 1930s and was originally the main house and later summer house to early 1980s of Zoumpouli’s family. Gradually restored and renovated by architect - engineer John Zoumpouli from 2008 to today. Located in the village of Thermi .
The house itself is all stone made with load-bearing walls (without columns) on 2 floors - upstairs kitchen and living room, garden level bedrooms and bathrooms. Total is 137 m2. After the complete reconstruction of the garden we have now a swimming pool (dimensions 6,5x3 m) and outside seating with barbecue - kitchen. At floor level, one can enjoy the magnificent sea views from the comfortable terrace.
The 2 bedrooms are double (can be separated from each other) and can sleep up to 8 people on king size double beds. The 2 bathrooms are fully equipped. The living room with fireplace and wonderful view is that it may take some to rest and relax. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped.
