Kopsidas Byzantine Iconography Workshop 3.25

The studio of Byzantine Iconography of Mr. George Kopsidas, which is in Greece, has been operational for the past 35 years. George Kopsidas is the founder, while his son John, has been at his side continuing his father’s work in churches throughout Greece, as well as abroad (predominantly in the U.S.A.).

They are both graduates of the School of Arts and Crafts of the University of Athens, as all accomplished assistants working in their workshop are also Fine Arts University graduates. Their workshop has written icons totally for more than 12 temples, as well as portions of another eight.
