ROOMS BY THE SEA
Outer space:
Each room has its own independent balcony, terrace or yard equipped with a traditional wooden construction for shade and has a small view at the sea.

Pollonia - the village:
Pollonia is situated in the north-west part of the island and across it is another island, Kimolos. It is a peaceful, picturesque fishing village right next to the seaside, with little boats moored in it beautiful small port, at a 100-metre distance from the rooms.

There is also a playground very close to the rooms and the beautiful picturesque scenery is completed by the two traditional Cycladic churches. The sea is crystal clear and the beach has fine sand and trees that offer shade. It is ideal for a quiet vacation and for families. There are also car rental agencies, supermarket, restaurants and cafés. Here you can enjoy local wine, cheese, fresh fish and seafood, as well as the local cuisine that offers unforgettable flavors.
Interior:
We offer spacious, well-lit rooms furnished according to traditional design, which provides simplicity and comfort at the same time. All rooms are equipped with television, free Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, single and double, as well as lamps, wardrobes and an equipped kitchen in 4 of them. The bathroom is fully equipped, including a shower, a toilet, towels, and a water basin.

Kitchen:
Two of the rooms have kitchens equipped with a fridge, a two-hob cooker, a sink, cupboards, an air extractor and the necessary utensils. The other three rooms each have a fridge and a small electric hot plate for your coffee, along with the necessary mugs. The bathroom is fully equipped, including a shower, a toilet, towels, and a water basin.

Το Kalimera Studios προσφέρει κλιματιζόμενα καταλύματα με δωρεάν Wi-Fi, μόλις 30μ. μακριά από την παραλία των Πολλωνίων. Σε απόσταση 50μ. θα βρείτε πολλές ταβέρνες, καταστήματα, καθώς και στάση λεωφορείου. Παρέχεται υπηρεσία μεταφοράς κατόπιν αιτήματος.

Όλα τα δωμάτια και τα στούντιο του Kalimera διαθέτουν επιπλωμένο μπαλκόνι ή αίθριο, τηλεόραση επίπεδης οθόνης και μίνι ψυγείο. Ορισμένα καταλύματα περιλαμβάνουν μικρή κουζίνα, ενώ κάποια έχουν θέα στο Αιγαίο Πέλαγος.

Μπορείτε να ξεκινήσετε τη μέρα σας απολαμβάνοντας φρέσκα λαχανικά από τον κήπο του ιδιοκτήτη. Όλα τα καταλύματα περιλαμβάνουν επίσης προϊόντα για την προετοιμασία τσαγιού και καφέ.

Το λιμάνι της Μήλου και η γραφική πρωτεύουσα του νησιού, η Πλάκα, όπου θα βρείτε πολλά εστιατόρια και καφέ-μπαρ, βρίσκονται 10χλμ. μακριά. Σε απόσταση 20μ. υπάρχει παιδική χαρά. Στις εγκαταστάσεις παρέχεται δωρεάν ιδιωτικός χώρος στάθμευσης.
