The main pur­pose of this pro­gram is to help our guests deal with stress and anx­i­ety and to intro­duce more health enhanc­ing cop­ing strate­gies from the ones used on their pre­vi­ous every­day living.

Although a vaca­tion is an oppor­tu­nity to take a break and respite from stress, in case of ongo­ing or chronic stress, anx­i­ety dis­or­ders or mild depres­sion it takes more than that to deal with these health inhibit­ing feelings.

In our pro­gram we offer exactly that, some­thing more than just a pleas­ant break. We apply a weekly com­plete stress man­age­ment pro­gram, while on sail, par­tic­u­larly designed for tack­ling stress and anx­i­ety issues. A com­bi­na­tion of stress man­age­ment and vaca­tion in the peace­ful­ness of the Ion­ian Sea’s “Gen­tle Waves”, sur­rounded by one of the most beau­ti­ful and breath­tak­ing scenery in the world.

Our Inno­v­a­tive Stress Man­age­ment Sail­ing Pro­gram is tai­lored for tar­get­ing both the psycho-physiological and behav­ioral com­po­nents of stress.
