Flisvos Kitecentre Naxos – Mikri Vigla
Even if Mikri Vigla is well known by the windsurfers since many years, it was discovered by the kiteboarders only in the recent time. The surprise when you arrive is big!
How beautiful beach like this can have such a strong constant side shore wind, that's what you ask yourself. It's because the wind is accelerated by a Venturi effect in the channel that divide Naxos from Paros. That's also the reason why normally here is windy when nowhere else it is.

Flisvos Kitecentre is located around Orkos Beach Hotel and from there you can watch the entire bay of Mikry Vigla. Kitecenter is an IKO (International Kiteboarding Organization) affiliated and Best Kiteboarding school so here you can learn kitesurfing according to the most safe standards in teaching. We use new gear of Roberto Ricci Designs RRD. After the lessons you can relax in nice beach bar drinking a glass of wine or cocktail and tasting the italian kitchen at the restaurant. Every night we have different events and italian food.
