COPIELOR was founded in 2007 and the headquarters are in Syggrou & 66 Kallirois Str., Athens. Copielor’s main operation is the wholesale and distribution of RICOH photocopier machines, along with office stationery and A4 & A3 copy paper.
COPIELOR employs a dynamic sales team of 10 internal and 12 external sales people and 10 specialised and experienced technical engineers. The company is always updated regarding government’s tenders as it takes part by submitting its quotes in accuracy and on time. COPIELOR solutions are delivered to the market through a network of more than 1600 high quality customers. This number keeps on increasing in both private and public sector.
COPIELOR‘s expertise specifically in RICOH brand, the innovation in leasing rental machines along with the competitive pricing, resulted in the 80% of our customer’s list to show their trust and loyalty through maintenance contracts. Being very sensitive in environmental matters, COPIELOR apart from recycling all its machines has also created a programme where the customer can exchange his old machines by different brands and replace them with new RICOH equipment.
COPIELOR’s continuous growth in the market has given the opportunity in creating distribution partners that only deal with RICOH brand all over the country, supplying both machines and also spare parts. Having a complete network of managing calls, sales and storing in combination with holding a big stock of equipment and spare parts, allows the company to deliver and resolve any technical issue with 2 working days.
It is worth mentioning that the trust that papers’ manufacturer FEDRIGONI S.P.A. showed the company was gained in a very short period of time based in a completely successful strategy plan. As a result of this effort, COPIELOR managed to become the exclusive reseller of 2 new types of printing papers Α4 & Α3 (DELUXE PAPER & EXTRA LASER PAPER).
