Layout
Caramel Villa is a 160 m2, two storey villa, that can accommodate up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms. The villa has a combination of traditional and modern decoration, giving the space a classic, yet light appearance. Wooden ceilings, stone arches and modern design furniture, chosen carefully in order to make your stay an enjoyable experience.

Ground Floor
As you enter the villa you will find yourselves in the open-plan living room area that features an open fireplace, two cozy sofas and a flat-screen TV with a Playstation console. The fully equipped kitchen with a dining area is right next to the living room, so the whole family can spend some time together, while relaxing or preparing your meals! Both the living room and kitchen areas offer direct access to the shaded veranda, swimming pool and terrace. Additionally two of the villa’s bedrooms are appointed on the ground floor. The first bedroom has a double bed, an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. The second bedroom has also a double bed that can be used as two single if you wish. This bedroom also has direct access to a bathroom.

First Floor
The wooden stair, leads you to the first floor, where the the master bedroom can be found, featuring a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. All bedrooms and the living room are air-conditioned. The master bedroom open up to a large veranda equipped with patio furniture, overlooking the pool terrace and enjoying amazing sunset views.

Exterior
The 200 m2 outdoor area of the villa provide everything you need for a memorable family holiday! The unique shaped, 40 m2 swimming pool invites you to enjoy the pleasures of summer, under the clear blue sky! The pool terrace is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, where you can enjoy the sun and spend as many time as you wish there! Additionally, the outdoor BBQ area and the outdoor shaded, dining area, are ideal for al fresco dinner or simply relax end enjoy the tranquility of the place. To make things even better, next to the shaded siting area there is a playground that your kids will certainly love.
