Amalthea - Greek Honey & Olive Oil 3.09

Our small family business is located in Viotia. The philosophy of our business is to dispose directly to the customers, our high nutritional value products, such as olive oil and honey.
Our olive groves consist of 800 olive trees variety Megaritiki that thrive in the area.
The harvesting of the olives takes place approximately on October 25th and the collection is made with scallops. Olive oil after processing by the mill is not filtered. The final product has a delicate aroma and fruity taste as long as it is stored in a cool and dry place.
Since 1985 our family deals with the wonderful world of the bee and owns 230 hives. We produce honey from thyme, fir and flower from Viotia and pine from Evia. The Greek honey stands out for its nutritional value, safety, naturalness and quality, derived from the rich sunshine of Greece. It boasts a variety of native plants, flowers, herbs and trees.
The Greek honey is considered unique in the world because it is aromatic, rich in elements and viscous.
