Aeolia Apartments 2.01

Agia Marina is a small picturesque bay in the Northeast of Attica, facing East to the large island of Evia. It belongs to the district of Marathon. The water is cristal clear and shallow with a sandy bottom, ideal for children.

There are seven apartments in the House Aeolia from 25-47m². They house from 2 to 5 persons. ​
The house is located by the sea in a spacious green garden with mediterranean vegetation. The property includes a parking space, a tennis court (asphalt surface) with a tennis wall and a garden shower with fresh water. The distance from the garden gate to the beach is about 10m.
The house faces East and one can enjoy beautiful sunrises.

Because of the location of the house one can combine a holiday by the seaside with sightseeing in Athens and its surroundings. At the same time, it offers a lot for sportsmen and nature lovers.
