We are obliged in conforming to the provision of the EEC directive for holiday’s packages (No 90/314 EEC) to provide your guests with any help or assistance they may require.
We are supervising and controlling if your guests are accommodated with the manner agreed up on as stated in the rooming list or voucher.
On request of your company, our agency will provide office space as well as a telephone, fax, computer, and photocopy machine.
In reference to the excursions, transfers, and other services, which our agency offers to your guests, we will idemnify your company against any claims of guests or third parties, as a result or not or any carelessness on the part of ourselves.
