Welcome to one of the first seven story buildings of Athens. Our building was built in 1934 and it is a registered protected landmark.
We have two newly renovated apartments available for you.

Our beautiful penthouse (58m²) apartment has a very large veranda with clear view to the Acropolis and Lycabettus hill.

Our ground level (75m²/807ft²) budget apartment is furnished with original 1934 furniture and has two bedrooms. From here, there is excellent access to shops, museums and entertainment.

Even though we are in the heart of Athens, our street is safe, quiet and tree-lined. Right across our building is the National Archeological Museum, the surrounding grounds of which are filled with ancient Greek columns and various ancient finds, giving our street a unique vibe of energy. Our area has been the choice of artists –and especially painters- since the early 1900’s (since the original Fine Art School was located here). In the nearby streets, you will find many fine art supply stores and several Drama schools.
