Η ΗΛΙΟΔΩΡΑ είναι κτισμένη στην πλαγιά του βουνού "Πηλίο", από τις τρεις πλευρές περικυκλώνεται από κτήματα με κερασιές και μηλιές και δάση με καρυδιές και οξιές ενώ στη μπροστινή πλευρά έχει θέα στο Αιγαίο.
Είναι σε υψόμετρο 600 μέτρων από τη θάλασσα και λίγο χαμηλότερα και σε απόσταση μόνο 27 χλμ. από τις εγκαταστάσεις του Σκι στα Χάνια. Η απόσταση αυτή είναι μικρότερη από τις αρχές του 2010, από τον καινούργιο δρόμο από Χάνια προς Κισσό και ο Κισσός απέχει από το χιονοδρομικό κέντρο μόνο 10 χλμ.

HelioDora, a three hundred year old family home recently renovated to a very high standard and comfortable traditional guest house is located in the charming and rustic village of Kissos. It is embraced on the mountainside by acres of chestnut and beech forests, apple and cherry orchards and faces the Aegean Sea.
Located at approximately 600 metres above sea-level, at a slightly lower altitude and at a distance of approximately 27 klms, from the Pelion ski resort at Hania. At the beginning of 2010, this distance is less kilometers than before, because of the new road from Hania to Kissos. Kissos is located only 10km from the ski resort.
