Prices
All prices are in EURO and subjected to change without prior notice.Please look at the ‘Price & Size’ page on the website for the current price list, there do not included shipping.if you want other sizes pls contact me.

Since every order is custom made according to your personal preferences, prices might vary slightly.

Ordering
All orders must be placed by a person that is +16 years old.if you are younger, pls let your parents make the order. You’ll need to think about a few things before ordering:What do you want:
sketch, pen drawing, graphite pencil drawing, watercolor painting, acrylic painting, phone cover, keychain, necklace, …
Size: What size of drawing/painting do you want
Phone covers: what model of phone cover do you need
What animal: horse, dog, cat, goat, rodent, human , …One or multiple animals in one drawing/painting/…`
You can contact me through Facebook/Instagram/mail to request an order.
I will reply to your request within 5 business days and let you know how much exactly your order with shipping costs will be.You will need to confirm or cancel your order request.
You’ll need to send me one or multiple high quality pictures of the animal(s) you want to be portrayed. I will notify you if the quality of the picture isn’t suitable.I only deal with ONE contact person per order.

Turnaround times
I always try to finish custom orders as soon as possible without compromising on the quality. Here are a few time indications:
Sketches: 1-2weeksPen drawings
< A4: 1-2 weeksPen drawings
> A4: 2-5 weeksGraphite drawings
< A4: 2-5 weeksGraphite drawings

Phone covers: 1-2 weeks
Key chains/bracelets/necklaces: 1-2 weeks
Ornaments/stable signs/plaques: 2-5 weeks
Acrylics: please message me for time estimates Times vary on a few factors such as size, waiting list and supply delivery. These turnaround times are for orders where all supplies are already in my possession and with a normal length waiting list but they can still vary.

Payment
All payments need to be done in EURO by money transfer to my IBAN bank account. Please contact me if you live outside the EU and wish to commission an art piece.
Orders lower than €50,00 (EURO) don’t require a deposit and can be paid when your order is ready and you’ve seen a photograph of your finished piece of art.
Orders over €50,00 (EURO) require a 50% deposit to get on the waiting list. The remaining 50% needs to be paid when your order is ready and you’ve seen a photograph of your finished piece of art.

Shipping
All art pieces will be shipped from France. Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after finishing and receiving the full payment. You will be notified if I’m not in the ability to ship your order within 5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the country of destination.
EU delivery estimate: 3-15 business days. Standard shipping: This does not include tracking
Registered shipping: This includes tracking
Insured shipping: This includes tracking and insurance if your piece of art gets damaged during shipping. Refunds will go through the postal service.
Shipping prices depend on size and weight. Please contact me for further info.Your order will be packed with great care but I can not be held responsible for damaged or lost packages if you did not choose insured shipping.
Please understand that I can not control delivery delays by the postal services therefor I strongly advise to get the registered shipping option, this way you can track your order.
Acrylic paintings: their sizes often make it difficult to ship. Therefor I would like to offer the opportunity for customers to pick up their paintings at a few pick up points after making special arrangements.
Pick-up point are in Belgium (Limburg), The Netherlands (Noord Braband, Drenthe), France (Cher) and Germany (Nordrhein-Westfalen).

Refunds
I can not refund any commission pieces as they are all one of a kind made upon request. but if wanted i can remake.
Lost packages can not be refunded when lost or damaged unless you choose the ‘insured shipping’ option. Make sure to notify me as soon as possible when your order arrives damaged and take pictures of the damage and packaging material. I will start a claim at the postal service and they will decide on the refund
