The Canet Plage House 2.02

The apartment consists of 3 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and separate WC and a covered terrace. Housed on the upper floor of a villa the 95sqm incl the 25sqm terrace will make your stay a pleasure.

The house is located in the center of Canet Plage with 3 min walk to the beach and Place Méditerranée. The nearest hypermarket is at 1km but within a few hundred meters there are several bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies, post office and everything else you may need.

Canet Plage is located on the Mediterranean near the Spanish border, 10km from Perpignan in southern France. The beach is 12 km long with fine sand. Lots of activities are available for children and adults. In the evening you can go on one of the many restaurants, hanging on one of the many music bars or sit in the garden under the mulberry trees with a drink with the steaks on the BBQ.

The apartment is newly renovated and modern with a touch of rustic.

Sleeps 7-8 in:

Bedroom 1: Double bed 160cm

Bedroom 2: Bunkbed and a single bed 90cm

Livingroom with 2 pull out sofas in a 140cm and 120 cm

The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, etc. The big living room has sofa, flat TV, dining area (also available on the terrace) and 2 balconies. Naturally, access to internet via WiFi.

From the terrace you have beautiful views of the Pyrenees with mountain peak Mont Canigou.

You can park free on the street in front of the house or drive onto the grounds.
