Musée Antoine Lécuyer 2.41

Le musée Antoine Lécuyer fut installé en 1886 dans l’hôtel particulier légué par le banquier Antoine Lécuyer afin d'y exposer les oeuvres de Maurice-Quentin De La Tour.
Largement détruit pendant la Première Guerre mondiale, il fut reconstruit par l'architecte Paul Bigot dans un style néo 18ème siècle. Le banquier David David-Weill contribua à l’installation des collections.
950 oeuvres sont à découvrir.

Opened in 1886, the museum Antoine Lécuyer is a donation by banker Antoine Lécuyer himself in order to expose Maurice-Quentin De La Tour artwork.
Fully destructed during the First World War, it has been rebuilt by architect Paul Bigot in a neo-18th century style. Banker David David-Weill, helped to organize the collections.
