La Vista is situated within a very large olive grove estate and offers a haven of peace and tranquility with the omnipresent sights and sounds of a bustling city beneath it. The entrance to la Vista is easily located from the Moyenne Corniche and offers ease of access to all the beautiful surrounding coastal towns and inland villages of Villefranche sur Mer, Monaco, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Cannes, Mougins and St Paul de Vence. The local shops are on your doorstep and it takes no more than 5mins to walk the 500 metres to the closest Boulangerie, Boucherie, Petit Casino store and Brasserie. Start your perfect day with a walk up to the Fort du Mont Alban with it 's majestic views over the port of Villefranche sur Mer and Cap Ferrat. A short further stroll down the road will lead you into the forests of Mont Boron and the 'local gym' or exercise park set amongst the shady pine trees with the sounds of the Cigales. It is also possible to continue your walk along the demarcated soft surface pathways to the peninsula lookout point of Fort Boron. Alternatively head up to the Col of Mont Vinaigrier for a more energetic morning walk and enjoy the superb 180 degree views from the lookout point with views across Nice, the Port and Cap Ferrat. A more relaxing option is to simply laze on a recliner at the sparkling chilled azure infinity pool situated within the estate. End the perfect day on the terrace watching the sun set and the view of the city transform with it's bright night lights reaching far into the distance.
