La Basse-Cour Gites 2.65

Our gite's are located in the peaceful village of Asnieres sur Vegre. The village was recently voted the most beautiful village in the Sarthe region. In the heart of the village you will find the River Vegre spanned by a medieval bridge complete with shaded banks. Asnieres is nestled with 15th to 17th century houses all adding to the charm of this pretty little village. We also run the local cafe 'Le Pavillion' serving lunch daily and evening meals via reservation. We offer afternoon drinks throughout the day and a selection of tempting Desserts... simply for a pot of tea or perhaps a cocktail a trip to Le Pavillion is not to be missed!
