Hotel d'Europe - Restaurant la Vieille Fontaine 4.65

Marquis de Graveson built the residence in 1580. Up until the French Revolution, the De Graveson and De Forbin families lived in this luxurious dwelling opening on the most beautiful square of Avignon.

Madame Pierron founded her hotel here in 1799. On her friend Napoléon Bonaparte's insistence, she gave it the name that it still bears today: Hôtel d’Europe.
