Fudge de L'Isle 1.83

A couple of years ago, I took a basic recipe for vanilla fudge, using cream and butter, and started to adapt it, using various flavourings, doing batches for home and regularly making for work colleagues. This fudge would disappear 'off the shelves' at a rapid pace, so now I shall be making fudge to order and will, hopefully, soon have a market stall to sell some of these flavours. These can be developed based upon demand! Additionally, having already developed a vegan fudge, if there is a demand and should I be able to source the ingredients I can make this to order.

I can make fudge for weddings (favours, etc), barmitzvahs and other parties.
