Our rare-breed Gascony Black Pigs are raised under oak woodlands where they can forage for roots and acorns naturally.

We take great pride in our pork and care for our product from piglet to plate - whether that it as fresh meat (roasting joints, chops, escalopes, sausages etc) or charcuterie (jambon, saucisson, coppa, ventreche, pate etc.).
