A “red thread” throughout Lorraine's life is a passion for horses. Her vision of combining her leadership and training skills of high potentials honed in corporate environments with her love of horses has come to fruition with the launch of HorsePower International in 2014. Here she runs equine-facilitated workshops and programs in team dynamics, leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and personal development. Operating out of her home in the Loire Valley, her herd of 5 horses are the guides and coaches for individuals and teams who attend. A certified Eponaquest© instructor, she provides the concepts and tools associated with powerful non-verbal communication and emotional intelligence of horses.

'There is something about the outside of a horse that is good for the inside of a man.’
Winston S. Churchill
