Located between Apt and Forcalquier, near the ancient Roman Domitian road in the Régional Luberon Park.
On an area of 8 hectares (19.77 acres), in a protected natural preserve away from traffic this old mill dating from 1855 has been fully restored in the original Provencal tradition and updated to receive those who appreciate and love the refinement of yesteryear and the beauty of this région.
Our lodging Sirocco is 80 m2 (around 800 square/feet). It has Hotspot WI-FI and comes with lounge/TV corner, Canalsat/Canal +, DVD player, a dining area that sits 6, a kitchen of 18m2 (around 180 sq/ft), equipped with a vitroceramic stove top with four burners, an oven with rotisserie, a microwave oven, a large refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a toaster, a coffee maker, a blender, a mixer, cooking utensils and silverware along with a breakfast nook. A Small closet containing a broom, brush, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and necessary cleaning supplies all at your disposal.
Room 1 (14m2, around 140sq/ft) has a double bed, a desk, an 82cm LCD (32 inch) screen on the wall and a large closet.
Room 2 (12m2, around 120 sq/ft) has two single beds which can be joined, a writing table, and a roomy closet.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower/sink and a cupboard that includes a hair dryer. It also has a separate toilet with sink. Our Sirocco lodging accommodates four persons. There is a fifth bed available for an extra person if needed. A private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue pit overlooks the pool and garden.
Our lodgings are open all year long. Anne-Marie and Lawrence de Koning are pleased to welcome you in English and Dutch.
For your enjoyment while on the premises : You will have access to a 14m x 6m heated (46x20 feet) large swimming pool, table tennis, volleyball court, bowling and a lovely shady garden of 6000 m2 of watered lawn near a river offering fishing opportunities. There are also paths for cycling and leisure strolls.
Nearby you will find tennis courts in the village of Reillanne within 6 km(3.6 miles). A golf court at Pierrevert Country Club, 15 km. away (9 miles). Lake Esparron at 42 km (25.2 miles) distance or at St Croix within 59 km (35.4 miles).
For day tours, you may visit typical villages, Sauvan Castle 4 km (2.4 miles) away, Salagon Monastery, within 8 km (4.8 miles). as well as the Carluc Priory, also 8 km. away. Not to miss is the Lavender Road and the châteaux road as well as the Luberon Wine road in the Luberon Regional Park (all printed tourist information is available on the premises).
Pierrevert Country Club; the Riviera (Cassis, Toulon) an hour’s drive away, mountain hiking locations are also an hour’s drive away, snow skiing resorts (Les Orres, Orcieres Merlette, Foux d’Allos) are within a two hour drive.

Sur un domaine de 8,00 ha (19,77 acres), dans une nature préservée loin de toute circulation, cet ancien moulin de 1855 est entièrement restauré dans la pure tradition provençale et aménagé pour l’accueil des personnes qui aiment le raffinement d’antan , le calme et la douceur de cette région.

Votre gîte Sirocco est prévu pour quatre ou cinq personnes, 5e avec un lit d’appoint. La terrasse privative avec mobilier de jardin et barbecue, vue sur la piscine et le jardin.

Pour vos loisirs sur place ; Vous trouverez une grande piscine 14m x 6m chauffée entre 25C° à 28 C°, table de tennis, terrain de volley, boulodrome et un agréable jardin ombragé avec 6000m² de pelouse arrosée une rivière à proximité (possibilités de pêche). De nombreux chemins de randonnée à pied ou à vélo.

A proximité ; Tennis au village de Reillanne à 6 km. Country Club de golf de Pierrevert à 15 km. Loisirs nautiques gorges du Verdon 42 km ou St Croix 59 km.

Is located between APT and FORCALQUIER near the old Roman Domitian Road in the LUBERON regional park. It is a property of 8.00 ha (19.77 acres) in a naturally preserved area distant from any traffic. This former water mill dating back to 1855 has been fully restored in the pure Provencal style and is designed for people who seek the refinement of yesteryear, the calm, the hospitality and the charm of this region.
The MISTRAL apartment measures 700sq/ft is equipped with free hot spot WiFi or CPL/RJ45.
Living room/lounge - 260 sq/ft with TV (Canal + DVD player).
The kitchen is equipped with gas cooking plates (4 heating elements), with separate multifunction oven, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffeemaker, mixer, and cooking utensils. There is also a cupboard with a broom, an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning utensils. The American–style kitchen has a small table that can accommodate 4 people.
Room 1 -- 110 sq/ft has a double bed, a desk, a 25” LCD TV, wall mounted and a large closet..
Room 2 -- Loft 80sq/ft has two twin beds with access to mezzanine.
Mezzanine is 100sq/ft, includes a library, a writing table and a corner for relaxation. Blankets and bedding provided.
Shower room with sink and commode (linen and hairdryer provided).
Bedding in Mistral apartment is set for four people.
The 140sq/ft Private solarium-terrace with garden furniture and barbecue provides a view on the swimming pool and the garden terrace.

For your leisure on the spot; you will find a large 46 x 20 ft heated swimming pool, a table tennis, a volleyball field, a boulodrome (to play the region’s bowling game) and a pleasant shaded garden with a green lawn 60000 sq/ft. There is a river nearby that offers fishing possibilities. There are also many hiking or bike trails in close proximity.
Within driving distance you will find:
• A tennis court in the village of Reillanne 6 km. away.
• A Country Club with a golf course in Pierrevert 15 km. away.
• Water recreation sports in the gorges of Verdon within 42 km or St Croix 59 km away.
