The Space

Ground floor
The cottage is on three floors; the entrance lobby can store kites and surfboards and contains the second shower room and wc.
First floor
The first floor has the master bedroom, sleeping two and an additional single bedroom. The Juliet balcony has a view over the woods. Here is the large bathroom, with wc, bidet, bath and shower,as well as the washing machine.
Second floor
This long room with Juliet balcony has the kitchen, dining and living area. There is a double sink, modern units and dining table which seats six.

There is a sofa bed which sleeps two.

There are games, many books, cd and dvd player with many English disks, parasol and beach toys.

Roof terrace

Stairs go up again to the terrace sunny all day (with some shade) this has a barbecue, sun loungers and views across the village and surrounding countryside

Guest Access

Nearby Great beaches; Leucate, la Franqui, Port Nouvelle, historic Narbonne, amazing Cathar castles (personal favourite), load of wine making tasting extremly nearby

Interaction with Guests

Keys will be left for you on arrival, we have good relationship with neighbours if you have any problems

The Neighbourhood

Quintessentially sleepy French village, however has a few small shops and a nice restaurant. Set in the beginnings if the foothills of the Pyrenees.

Getting around

You will likely need a car although the place is a half hour cycle from the nearest train station which has good links north to Montpellier or south to Perpignan
