Each passing year, the Jean Fillioux Cognac house has faithfully put into practice those time-honoured, authentic gestures that are forever etched in the clan memory: the vineyard tasks, the harvesting, vinification, distillation, ageing, blending and bottling.
This outstanding heritage is today preciously cared for, looked after and enhanced by fourth generation owner Pascal J. Fillioux, while he patiently hands over the reins to his son Christophe, who is taking up his role with great passion and determination. With his father he is completing his education as Cellar master and “nose”. This heritage is both their roots and their identity.
From Honore till today, the heritage has been from father to son and we are 100% family and 100% independent.

Always the family’s coat of arms has represented our cognac house, the Cockerel and the motto "Haut huché, juche le plus haut” – “Perched on high to reach for the sky” could be the translation of the fine, noble motto which gives its identity to the Maison Jean Fillioux, its past history and traditions.
