Chateau Vignelaure 4.39

Chateau Vignelaure was created in the 1960s by Georges Brunet who had previously rebuilt the reputation of the Third Growth Chateau La Lagune in Haut-Médoc.

Chateau Vignelaure, "the vineyard of the sacred spring" is the jewel in the crown of the appellation Côteaux d'Aix-en-Provence. The estate sets at 400m above sea level in the hills of the Provence countryside, above the town of Aix-en-Provence.

Famous for its long ageing red wines blended with Cabernet Sauvignon, Chateau Vignelaure produces excellent rosé wines as well and since 2013 whites!
