My guest house is the renovated former café de la gare in Thenissey, an authentic and peaceful village. For your convenience we offer 2 en-suite rooms with a double bed (160 cm), a large bathroom and wc in each. Another room has access to a private living room as well as private shower and toilet. We can also add an additional bed in each room if needed. Baby cot and high chair available. A typical breakfast consists of homemade bread, croissant or brioche, as well as homemade yogurt and jams, all served with orange juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, or milk. It is served on the terrace or in the old café dining room. The evening meal is served upon reservation, and we can prepare a packed lunch for your day trip. We sometimes organise musical evenings on the terrace with local musicians who play folk music or classical music or jazz. I enjoy organising events that make the house come alive again as it was at the turn of the 20th Century. It definitely deserves its name, "La Belle Epoque".
