Camping Municipal Dampierre sur Boutonne 1.95

The Municipal Campsite of Dampierre sur Boutonne is in the centre of the village, opposite the Chateau. It is in a peaceful woodland setting, beside the River Boutonne.

It is located in the perfect place for walking or cycling and exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside. The village of Aulnay with its markets, cafes, post office and chemist is a 5 minute drive away. Father afield are the historic towns of St Jean D'Angely, the vineyards of Cognac and the beautiful cities of Saintes, Poitiers, Angouleme and La Rochelle.

The campsite has toilets, four showers and a wheelchair accessible shower and toilet; a dishwashing area, vidange and eletrical hook ups for camping cars.

A great pet-friendly campsite for groups and families, and safe for the lone traveller.

The village has a local bar/restaurant serving lunches and evening meals, a depot de pain and a Snack Buvette serving breakfasts, drinks, icecreams and hot and cold snacks.
